Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 31, 2026

USAAIO Guide ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information (such as your email and basic profile details), progress/activity data within the guide, and limited technical information used for security and reliability. If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address and optional name you type into that form.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide and improve the website, authenticate users, save learning progress, and maintain the safety and integrity of our services.

The Waitlist

If you submit your email address to the waitlist, we store it so that we can email you once when USAAIO Guide opens. We do not use it for a newsletter, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not pass it to advertisers. Your address is never sent to our analytics provider. Email us at the address below and we will remove you from the list.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4. It loads on every page and sets cookies in your browser. Google receives your IP address, the pages you visit, and general details about your device and browser, and uses them to give us aggregate counts of visits.

We also record a small number of events on the waitlist page: that someone started filling in the form, that a signup was submitted, and whether it succeeded or failed. These are counts and short outcome labels only. No email address, and no part of one, is ever sent to Google. You can prevent all of this by using a browser or extension that blocks analytics scripts.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate parts of the platform, including authentication providers (for example, Google) and infrastructure providers. These services process data according to their own privacy policies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We only share information as needed to run the service, comply with legal obligations, or protect the rights and safety of users and the community.

Your Choices

You can contact us to request account-related help or to ask questions about your data. You may also choose not to use optional sign-in methods.
